This section is dedicated to articles and article links written for or by members of a customer relations management staff. The purpose of having this section for this website is to ensure that both the employer and the potential employee would be able to better understand the mechanics of working in CRM, and thus be able to harness the possibilities of this systemic process better.
We are attempting to make the contents of this section as holistic as possible. That is to say, we would like to post articles not only on the mechanics of being in customer relations management, but also on the day-to-day experience of those working in CRM operations. We would also like to track down and post on this section a number of articles that relate to CRM staffing, and how customer relations management can be done with the most efficiency.
We would appreciate some help with this, of course. Should you happen to be a CRM employee who knows a thing or two about getting the interaction and communication between the staff just right, then please please email us articles you have written or pertinent information so that we can post them here.
